Judge Denies Fresenius' Bid For Stay In Patent Case

Law360 (June 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge in the longstanding patent dispute between medical device makers Fresenius Medical Care Holdings Inc. and Baxter International Inc. has denied Fresenius’ motion to stay the case pending reexamination of the patents-in-suit by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
