MCS Says Army IT Contract Violates Court's Order

Law360, New York (August 9, 2011, 7:02 PM EDT) -- Mission Critical Solutions Inc. told a federal court Tuesday that the U.S. Army violated a court decision for MCS when it awarded a technology service contract to another company without allowing historically underutilized business zone small businesses to compete for the job.
