CORRECTED: Chunghwa Gets OK For $10M Deal In CRT Price-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (August 9, 2011, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday approved a $10 million settlement for all indirect purchaser claims against Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd. in a multidistrict litigation over the alleged price-fixing of cathode ray tubes.

U.S. District Judge Samuel Conti signed off on the settlement for the class, which includes any indirect purchaser of CRT products from March 1995 through November 2007.
