Raymour & Flanigan Managers Sue For OT Pay

Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 5:52 PM EDT) -- Raymours Furniture Co. Inc. was hit with a class action in New York on Tuesday claiming the company wrongly classified employees as exempt from overtime pay and failed to pay them time-and-a-half for working more than 40 hours in a week.
