Suit Says MediaNews Printed Users' Credit Card Info

Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 8:20 PM EDT) -- MediaNews Group Inc., owner of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, was hit with a proposed class action Tuesday in Minnesota federal court accusing it of illegally printing unredacted credit card expiration dates on receipts for customers who purchased advertising in its newspapers.
