Ernst & Young Fires Back In AOL Merger Suit

Law360, New York (June 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ernst & Young has fired off another missive in its attempt to get dismissed from a lawsuit brought over the troubled merger of Time Warner and AOL.

In early May, all defendants, except for Ernst & Young, settled a suit brought in 2006 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York over the merger.
