10th Circ. Won't Revive El Paso Workers' Pension Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 11, 2011, 7:54 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Thursday affirmed a lower court's ruling that El Paso Corp. didn't discriminate against a proposed class of employees by switching payment benefits on its pension plan, holding that changes made to the plan benefited older employees.
