US Pushes To Nix ICE Contract Fight After Corrective Action

Law360, New York (August 11, 2011, 5:21 PM EDT) -- The federal government on Wednesday moved to dismiss a bid protest by NetStar-1 Government Consulting Inc., saying a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement contracting officer had made a mistake in the final contracting decision and would reopen the investigation, making the protest moot.
