St. Vincent's $34M Sale Of Nursing Home OK'd

Law360, New York (August 11, 2011, 7:20 PM EDT) -- A judge involved in the ongoing St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers bankruptcy on Wednesday approved the hospital's sale of Staten Island, N.Y., nursing home St. Elizabeth Ann’s Health Care and Rehabilitation Center to a stalking horse bidder for $34 million.
