Class Trimmed In Fila Body-Toning False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (August 12, 2011, 12:38 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday partially tossed a putative class action alleging Fila USA Inc. falsely advertised that its workout apparel could help sculpt and tone the body, saying the proposed class was too broad.
