Law360, New York (August 12, 2011, 5:38 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors on Thursday asked a New York federal judge to deny a request by the former CEO of Point Blank Solutions Inc. for a new trial on charges he looted the body-armor maker through a $189 million fraud.
