ITC Votes To Keep Glycine Order, Revoke PET Film Order

Law360, Washington (August 15, 2011, 6:38 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission decided Monday to continue the current anti-dumping duty order on Chinese glycine, and to revoke the anti-dumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film from Korea.

PET film is a thermoplastic polymer resin of the polyester family. It is commonly used in synthetic fibers, beverage, food and other liquid containers, and engineering resins often in combination with glass fiber, among other uses.
