AT&T Targets Consumers Fighting $39B T-Mobile Merger

Law360, New York (August 15, 2011, 3:54 PM EDT) -- AT&T Mobility LLC launched a lawsuit Friday in New York that accuses consumers of violating a class action waiver by filing copycat arbitration claims in an effort to block its planned $39 billion takeover of T-Mobile USA Inc.
