DOD To Probe Research Agency's Contracts For Conflicts

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 6:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense announced Friday that it would take up a watchdog group's request to examine Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency contracts for possible conflicts of interest after concerns were raised about DARPA's director, who owns stock in a frequent agency contractor.
