Colo. County Wants JetAway’s Antitrust Suit Grounded

Law360, Wilmington (August 16, 2011, 6:20 PM EDT) -- A Colorado county on Monday asked a federal court to toss JetAway Aviation LLC's antitrust suit alleging the county conspired to grant a monopoly on support services at its airport to another company, saying the claims fail as a matter of law.
