Models Take Aim At Skechers With $10M Lawsuit

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Nearly a dozen models hit Skechers USA Inc. with a $10 million lawsuit Friday in California court alleging the footwear company used images of them modeling its shoes without their knowledge or permission and without paying them.
