Facebook Reveals 'Fake' Contract In Ownership Suit

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 4:36 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for Facebook Inc. and founder Mark Zuckerberg revealed in a court filing late Monday an image of what they say is a forged contract that Paul Ceglia used in his bid for part ownership of the social networking giant.

Grainy images show a 2003 "work for hire" contract that would give Ceglia, who sued the company in June 2010, a 50 percent stake in the software, programming language and business interests of what was then called "The Face Book." Ceglia claims the contract is real...
