Morgan Keegan Hit With OT, Retaliation Suit

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 6:42 PM EDT) -- A former Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. administrative assistant on Monday filed a putative class action against the investment management company alleging it didn't pay her for overtime work and fired her in retaliation for demanding full compensation.
