Ex-Army Colonel Gets 1 Year For Iraq Contract Scheme

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 12:04 PM EDT) -- A retired U.S. Army colonel was sentenced Tuesday in Washington to serve one year in prison for taking bribes to steer a $12 million contract to build U.S. Department of Defense warehouses in Iraq to Kuwait-based Lee Dynamics International.
