Bombardier Protests $1.4B Hawaii Rail Contract

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 5:00 PM EDT) -- Losing bidder Bombardier Transportation (Holdings) USA Inc. said Monday it had taken its protest over a $1.4 billion contract to help build Honolulu's new rail system to the Federal Transit Authority as well as a Hawaii court.
