Ceglia Must Surrender Emails, Hard Drives To Facebook

Law360, Wilmington (August 18, 2011, 7:20 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday ordered Paul Ceglia — who is claiming half-ownership of Facebook Inc. based on a contract the company says is a forgery — to turn over his hard drives, files and email accounts to the company for examination.

Ceglia has until Aug. 29 to produce the materials, which include removable hard drives that Facebook says contain files proving that Ceglia doctored the contract, according to an order signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Leslie Foschio.
