Motley Crue Promoter Sued Over Concert No-Show

Law360, San Diego (August 18, 2011, 3:52 PM EDT) -- An Argentine concert promoter on Tuesday alleged in Texas that he paid Motley Crue’s U.S. promoter $150,000 for the heavy metal band to play a live show in Buenos Aires, but the band never performed and the defendant pocketed the cash.
