Juniper Faces Class Actions Over Alleged Misstatements

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 8:27 PM EDT) -- Juniper Networks Inc. was hit with its second putative class action in a week on Thursday in California by shareholders accusing the company and several individuals of assuring investors that Juniper was doing well financially when it was actually facing several problems.
