Creditor Says Rapper DMX Should 'Stop Being Greedy'

Law360, Los Angeles (August 18, 2011, 9:21 PM EDT) -- Rapper DMX should hand over any winnings from his pending royalty suit against copyright administrator Rich Kid Entertainment to satisfy a 2007 breach of contract judgment against him, clothing maker Amusing Diversions Inc. told a New York judge Thursday.

The Ellenville, N.Y.-based clothing manufacturer filed a petition in New York Supreme Court on Thursday seeking to satisfy a judgment against the artist, born Earl Simmons, saying he has done everything in his power to avoid paying the judgment creditor.
