Texas Court Again Nixes $77M Airport Contract Suit

Law360, New York (August 19, 2011, 1:48 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday again upheld a ruling that the city of Houston did not breach a $77 million airport concourse construction contract, striking down subcontractor Southern Electrical Services Inc.'s bid to reverse the appeals court's original affirmation.
