Family Bill Creates Headaches For Employers

Law360, New York (June 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Employees who are struggling to strike a balance between their job and caregiving duties may receive some more protections from a new bill before the California State Assembly that would prohibit employers from discriminating against workers with family obligations.
