DOD Finalizes Property Handling, Safety Systems Rules

Law360, New York (August 19, 2011, 6:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense finalized two rules Friday that tighten regulations regarding the handling of government property and add a clause to agency contracts that identifies equipment whose failure could lead to death, injury or significant damage.
