High Court Sends Philip Morris Suit To State Court

Law360 (June 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Supreme Court Tuesday unanimously struck down Philip Morris USA's attempt to remove a putative class action charging the tobacco company with unfair business practices under Arkansas state law to federal court and remanded the suit to state court.
