Chevron Wants $17M From Marathon, Others For Cleanup

Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 3:35 PM EDT) -- Chevron USA Inc. on Wednesday blasted Marathon Oil Co. and a throng of smaller companies with a suit in California federal court seeking more than $17 million for the cleanup of oil refinery waste and other hazardous substances at a landfill.
