Crane, Elliott Must Pay $32M For Asbestos Exposure

Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 8:01 PM EDT) -- A New York state jury awarded a cancer-stricken U.S. Navy veteran $32 million last week for his claims that Crane Co. and Elliott Turbomachinery Co. Inc. negligently failed to warn him about the dangers of their asbestos-containing products.
