AP Employees Try To Keep Age Bias Case Alive

Law360 (June 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two former Associated Press employees have asked a judge to reject the news agency's attempt to dismiss their age discrimination case on summary judgment.

In a memorandum of law filed Monday, the two plaintiffs—Jeffrey Tishman and Arnold Wilkinson—said the case contained genuine issues of material fact and that the summary judgment motion was therefore inappropriate.
