Fox Wins Atty Fees In 'Alien' Screenplay Suit

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 1:07 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday ordered a screenwriter who claimed that Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. stole his idea for the 2004 film "Alien vs. Predator" to pay the studio $40,000 in attorneys' fees, saying the copyright suit was frivolous.
