Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A New York judge refused in early August to dismiss singer Toni Basil's malpractice and breach of contract suit against her former lawyer at Gibbons PC over efforts to recover rights to her 1982 hit "Hey Mickey."
