Relator Wants Air Force Subpoena In Rolls-Royce FCA Suit

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 6:50 PM EDT) -- A former Rolls-Royce Corp. engineer suing the company for allegedly selling to the federal government defective aircraft engine parts asked an Indiana federal court on Tuesday to subpoena the U.S. Air Force for records over problems with the parts.
