Wal-Mart, Others Sued Over Calif. Sales Tax Refunds

Law360, New York (August 24, 2011, 1:22 PM EDT) -- California consumers hit Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Costco Wholesale Corp. and other retailers with putative class actions Tuesday, alleging they violated state law by not refunding to customers making returns the full sales tax they paid on their purchases.
