Fox Stiffed 'Wonder Years' Producer On Royalties: Suit

Law360, New York (August 25, 2011, 2:42 PM EDT) -- Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. was sued Wednesday in California court by a producer of the television show “The Wonder Years” who says the network failed to honor the terms of his employment agreement by refusing to pay him for the show's latest run in syndication.

Edward Gradinger, who served as president of Fox acquisition New World Pictures Ltd., says Fox abruptly decided to breach contract by refusing to pay him royalties for the latest sale of the rights to air reruns of "The Wonder Years."...
