9th Circ. Rejects Emergency Injunction On Gray Wolf Hunts

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 2:42 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday denied a request by environmental groups to immediately halt plans by Idaho and Montana to allow hunting of gray wolves, but fast-tracked their appeal of a ruling that let the controversial hunts to go forward.
