NCH Pays $1.4M To End Sales Reps’ Reimbursement Action

Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 5:57 PM EDT) -- Industrial products manufacturer NCH Corp. reached a $1.4 million settlement in California on Thursday with a class of sales representatives who claimed the company refused to reimburse them for business-related expenses.

In a joint motion for settlement approval, Texas-based NCH and a class of employees from its California division agreed that the settlement was reasonable and preferable to continuing to litigate the class action.
