Ex-Marvell Manager Gets Bail In Insider Trading Case

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 6:44 PM EDT) -- A former Marvell Technology Group Ltd. manager accused of leaking confidential information about the company's finances to a consultant at an expert networking firm was released Friday from a New York jail on $50,000 bail.

Stanley Ng, 42, who was charged Aug. 10 with conspiracy to commit securities fraud, did not enter a plea at his first appearance before a magistrate judge in New York federal court.
