Remy Settles Patent Suit Vs. Taiwanese Rival, But Sues Three Others In U.S.

Law360 (December 6, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Auto parts maker Remy International has sued three more companies for patent infringement, shortly after settling two other patent lawsuits and dropping a third.

The lawsuits, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, charges California-based Orange County Alternator, Illinois-based Machinery Components and New York-based United Starters & Alternators Industries, Inc. with infringing patented technology used in alternators.
