Lowe's Strikes $3M Deal With Workers In OT Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (August 29, 2011, 5:56 PM EDT) -- Lowe’s HIW Inc. on Monday reached a nearly $3 million settlement in a class action claiming it had failed to pay overtime to loss prevention managers at its home improvement retail stores in California.
