Former AIG Exec Seeks $1M Sanction Over Delay Tactics

Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 7:34 PM EDT) -- The former head of American International Group Inc.'s global real estate division asked a New York federal court Friday to sanction the insurance giant $1 million in their contract dispute for allegedly stalling his discovery efforts.

Kevin P.
