GAO Nixes Protest Of $24M DHS Maintenance Contract

Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 4:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office denied a protest over a $23.5 million contract to provide the U.S. Department of Homeland Security with building maintenance and janitorial services, saying in an opinion published Tuesday that the agency had properly communicated with competing bidders.
