Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 2:22 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday denied a motion by Paul Ceglia, who is suing for part ownership of Facebook Inc., to stay an order requiring him to turn all of the emails he has written since 2003 over to the social networking giant.
