Oracle Hits HP Back With Fraud Claim Over CEO Deal

Law360, San Diego (August 30, 2011, 5:00 PM EDT) -- Oracle Corp. on Tuesday fired back at Hewlett-Packard Co.’s contract and competition suit against it in California state court, claiming HP fraudulently hid plans to hire two “longtime Oracle foes” while the companies negotiated to settle a trade secrets dispute.
