Trustee Objects To Yellow Pages Publisher's Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 5:32 PM EDT) -- A reorganization plan for Yellow Pages publisher Local Insight Media Holdings Inc. that releases its owner, a private equity firm, from liability is unconfirmable, the U.S. trustee in the case said Tuesday in Delaware.

U.S. Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis said in an objection that there is no point allowing the reorganization approval process to continue as long as the Chapter 11 plan includes a release covering law firm Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe and its officers.
