Bloomberg Moves To Unseal Guidant Court Papers

Law360 (June 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Citing the public's First Amendment rights to view court documents, Bloomberg LP has filed a motion to unseal Boston Scientific Corp. filings which were used in an attempt to throw out a product liability case regarding allegedly defective implantable heart defibrillators.
