Calif. Court Reverses Conoco Win In Toxin Death Suit

Law360, New York (August 31, 2011, 2:07 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court decided Tuesday that plaintiffs need not name the specific toxins in allegedly hazardous products when pleading a product liability claim, reversing a ruling that a suit blaming ConocoPhillips and others for a man's death needed more detail.
