American Airlines, Sabre Reach Deal Amid Antitrust Row

Law360, New York (August 31, 2011, 7:51 PM EDT) -- American Airlines Inc. and ticket distribution company Sabre Holdings Corp. have reached a deal allowing travel agents continued access to the airlines' fare information while an antitrust suit plays out in Texas state court, the airline said Monday.

In a letter sent to corporate clients and travel agencies, American said the agreement will last until 14 days after the antitrust allegations against Sabre filed in Texas state court have been resolved.
