Calif. Court Revives Movie Theater Antitrust Row

Law360, New York (September 1, 2011, 2:06 PM EDT) -- A California state appeals court on Wednesday revived a small movie theater's antitrust fight against multiplex goliath Cinemark USA Inc., finding that Flagship Theatres of Palm Desert LLC does not necessarily have to prove Cinemark's alleged conduct hurts consumers.
